World leader in Acoustically Safe Headsets

In 2002, after years of research and development, Polaris released the Soundshield Acoustic Protection device which was the first device ever to protect headset users from acoustic shock.

The Soundshield was redesigned in 2012 to enhance user functionality, and it continues to be the only device able to completely eliminate the risk of acoustic shock to headset users. Wherever a Soundshield has been installed there has not been a single incident of acoustic shock injury.

The Soundshield technology has been applied to other Polaris headset products such as the Soundshield Wireless Headset and the HD Wireless Headset. Polaris has invested heavily in the development of this advanced technology and is therefore looked upon as a thought leader in this field both in Australia and abroad.
